About

DD214 to Hired is a writing tool for veterans who need a federal resume that fits the two-page USAJOBS rule, and a civilian resume when the job is outside government. The free checker looks for length, hours per week, and month/year dates. The free translator explains a MOS, rating, or AFSC with public O*NET links.

Paid drafts are limited to facts you type. You approve each line. A mock interview then asks you to defend those lines. The name refers to the document people already know. The product does not collect it.

It is an independent project. It is not a VA, DoD, OPM, or USAJOBS service, and it does not promise that anyone will be hired.
